Who is your Spirit Team?

If you have gotten a reading from me before or even just follow me on social media, you have heard me use the term “Spirit Team”

A lot of you don’t know what or who exactly that is so let me dig deeper and explain.

Your spirit team consists of all the spiritual beings watching over you, guiding you and protecting you. These are known as your angels, spirit guides, and ancestors. 

(I call on your entire spirit team of love & light to help with all the personal readings i do) 

now let’s talk about the difference between them! 

As i’ve learned and worked with these energies over the past 3 years, you can definitely tell they all have their own specialties and personalities. 

Your angels are here for loving guidance and encouragement. they are usually great help for decision making. they won’t lead you down the wrong path and will give you gentle truth. they care so much about your emotional happiness and connecting you with your intuition. your main guardian angel is always protecting you, but your other angels and archangels need called upon for higher assistance. 

Your spirit guides CHOOSE YOU! they probably had a very similar life path as you and/or they align with your purpose and goals. you may have known them in a past life (so really you chose eachother!!) in simple terms - it’s their mission to help you complete your soul mission. they love you unconditionally and do everything for you. we all have one main spirit guide for our whole lifetime, however there are many others that step in for certain lessons and experiences we are going through. spirit guides can range from celebrities to animals, yes lol it gets weird! 

Ancestors are the souls guiding you from your bloodline/lineage. ancestors mean BUSINESS and stand firm on your protection. They are usually loud and funny, just like you remember them. They focus on patterns, trauma and generational healing. They dont want you repeating their mistakes! You are here to strengthen the bloodline. They are walking beside you and helping you get through the lessons they may not have been able to complete in their lifetime. (no pressure, right) 

Like everything… where there is light, there is dark. There are many instances where my clients don’t want me connecting with their ancestors due to abuse, trauma, etc. Spirits keep their personality! They can still be judgemental, hateful and abusive if they choose. This is why I ALWAYS make sure to only call on the ones with your best interest at heart. You don’t have to worry about this with Spirit guides and Angels, because they are spiritually evolved and enlightened. 

The spiritual world is beautifully complex. I love it so much, I’ve learned so much working with all these different energies and I know there is so much still to learn.
